Join us for three inspiring evenings of real conversations, expert insights, and youth-led discussions focused on important mental health topics like bullying, peer pressure, burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, nutrition, protecting youth from exploitation, yoga, meditation, compassion, and empathy. Experience real stories and participate in trivia with prizes, including a chance to win the $500 Alex Monaghan Award. High school volunteer hours are available.
